Zulum Leads Condolence Visit After Deadly Kwara Terrorist Attack

Borno State Governor and Chairman of the North-East Governors' Forum, Babagana Umara Zulum, joined a Federal Government delegation to Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State following a devastating terrorist attack. The visit came after violent assaults on Nuku and Woro villages, where more than 160 innocent lives were tragically lost, leaving families and entire communities in deep mourning.

The condolence visit was aimed at showing national solidarity with the affected people and reassuring them that their pain was shared across the country. Governor Zulum's presence carried strong symbolic weight, especially given his leadership role in a region that has long endured insurgency, violence, and mass casualties.

While addressing victims and community members during the visit, Governor Zulum expressed heartfelt sympathy and compassion.
