Iran Denies Plans To Transfer Enriched Uranium To United States

Iran's foreign ministry has strongly denied claims that it plans to transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium to another country. This response came after statements made by Donald Trump, who suggested that Iran had agreed to hand over its nuclear materials to the United States.

Speaking on state television, Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei made it clear that Iran has no intention of moving its enriched uranium anywhere. He emphasized that such an idea has never been part of any negotiations between Iran and the United States.

Earlier, Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social, claiming that the US would take control of all nuclear materials produced, referring to enriched uranium affected by past US airstrikes. His comments raised concerns and confusion about the direction of ongoing discussions.

However, Baqaei explained that recent talks have not focused on nuclear material transfer. Instead, the discussions are now centered on ending ongoing tensions and conflicts, with a broader range of topics being addressed beyond just the nuclear issue.

He also highlighted that Iran is prioritizing a proposed 10-point plan aimed at lifting international sanctions. According to him, this plan is very important for the country's economic recovery and stability after years of restrictions.

In addition, Iran is seeking compensation for damages caused during what it described as an imposed war. Officials say this issue remains a key concern, as the country looks to rebuild and secure its interests while continuing diplomatic efforts.
