Türkiye has strongly condemned the increasing violence by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank, warning that the situation is becoming dangerous for peace in the region. The government said that the rising attacks and illegal settlement expansion are destroying hopes for a peaceful two-state solution between Israelis and Palestinians. Ankara believes that this growing tension is putting the future of peace at serious risk.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye, recent attacks by illegal Israeli settlers are now targeting Palestinians and violating their basic human rights. The ministry explained that the situation is worsening because of continuous pressure from Israeli security forces, which is making life more difficult for Palestinians living in the occupied areas.

Türkiye also stressed that the expansion of illegal settlements in the West Bank is a major obstacle to peace. The government warned that annexation practices and settler violence are weakening the chances of achieving a two-state solution, which is widely seen as the best way to bring lasting stability to the Middle East.

The statement further explained that settler attacks are threatening the fundamental right to life of Palestinians. Türkiye called on the international community to take the issue seriously and work towards stopping the violence and protecting innocent civilians who are suffering from repeated attacks and destruction of property.

Ankara emphasized that peace cannot be achieved while illegal settlements continue to expand and violence remains unchecked. It urged Israel to immediately stop settlement activities and prevent settlers from carrying out attacks on Palestinian communities in the region.

In conclusion, Türkiye reaffirmed its support for a peaceful resolution and called for urgent action to protect Palestinian rights and restore hope for a two-state solution. The country warned that if the current situation continues, it could further destabilize the region and make peace even more difficult to achieve.
